KVVS Matrimony has been set up as a Publishing and Information Exchange Service, exclusively for the members of the Vanika Vaisya / Vaniya community to identify prospective brides and grooms for the purpose of matrimonial matchmaking. Kerala Vanika Vaisya Sangham (KVVS) is the sole representative organisation of the Vanika Vaisya - Vaniya (Hindu) community in Kerala, established in 1942 with Reg. No. 17/1117, representing around 15 lakh people across the state. Headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, KVVS is a registered charitable organisation with its own land and building and operates through numerous branches statewide, Gujarat and Oman. KVVS also plays a key leadership role in the Most Backward Communities Federation (MBCF) and Samvarana Samudaya Munnani, advocating for the rights of backward communities in Kerala.
